Are there additional benefits to social distancing?
Sometimes the world is placed on-hold for the benefit of all. However, the responsibility to make change happen for the better starts with the individual. Time is usually needed to take a 'journey to self', and opportunities for this space are rare. The journey can be travelled and experienced by a range of methods, the most usual including meditation, mindfulness, yoga or simply walking the dogs .
