Pfizer accused of lying over COVID-19 jab safety

Five US states, including Kansas and Idaho, are suing Pfizer for misleading statements about Comirnaty, the RNA vaccine for treating COVID-19, which has become one of the best-selling products in human history. Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach has filed a suit accusing Pfizer of misleading the public about its COVID-19 vaccine by hiding risks while making false claims about its effectiveness.

Amongst those allegedly misled about the safety of the jab were pregnant women. The jab was marked as safe for pregnant women but in early 2021, in a abandoned trial, more than half reported a serious adverse event and more than 10% a miscarriage. No trial on pregnant women was ever completed. Trials on rats showed that lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) concentrated in rats' ovaries, leading to infertility.

Pfizer denied the link between Comirnaty and heart problems, which is now widely recognised. They also claimed a protective effect against COVID-19 variants, but AG Kobach claims protection was below 50%.

Pfizer claimed the vaccine would protect people and prevent transmission of COVID-19. It is argued that they overplayed the beneficial qualities of this experimental medicine, serving their own corporate interests while masquerading as benevolent medical pioneers. They conspired with social media to silence critics of themselves. Meanwhile their own shortcomings were ignored by regulatory bodies to the extent that people such as AG Kobach are required to make use of the courts to hold them to account several years after the damage has been done.

As to the extent of that damage, we simply do not know what the lasting repercussions of this dangerous experiment in capitalism through social engineering will be. The jab was not thorroughly tested while it was developed, so its widespread release on the people of Planet Earth is its only, ongoing trial.

This continuously unfolding story is simply too complex to be explained by the malice or indifference of one party, even Pfizer. Pfizer was not responsible for the illegal use of Midazolam by the NHS, which apparently produced the spike in excess deaths used as justification for the first UK lockdown in 2020. Pfizer is not the impetus behind the WHO's continuing powergrab, influenced by China.

We have witnessed repeated attacks on the liberal values of the democratic Western world, made more insidious by the non-centralised nature of such an offensive. Although Pfizer's crimes are egregious, big pharma only behaved in a way predictable based upon their past behaviour, such as aggressive and deceitful marketing of oxycontin by Purdue Pharma, which contributed to the opiod epidemic in the USA and elsewhere, and which was connived-at by the same health authorities who later trumpeted the safety and benefits of Comirnaty.

Likewise, Pfizer was not responsible for the self-muzzling by western newspapers, who pretended not to know that the likeliest origin of the COVID-19 virus was in the Wuhan lab, which they later all admitted. The safety of people across the world was ignored so as not to upset the sensitivities of the Chinese Communist Party, despite its own fairly well-known moral failings. In all these cases, rather than a concerted conspiracy, what we seem to witness is a perfect storm of self-interest across many different spheres overcoming the moral instincts of groups and individuals. In the information age, lies are the weapons of choice.
