Helen Money holds a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Westminster and runs a private nutritional consultancy practice in Oxford. Helen works with a wide range of clients providing nutritional advice for healthy eating, weight loss, medical conditions, IBS, fatigue and performance. Whilst Helen designs menu plans that include meat and fish, she has been a vegetarian for over thirty years and has a thorough practical knowledge of vegetarian diets.
Helen has previously worked for the Nutrition Society and is passionate about sharing her knowledge of nutrition, working closely with clients to provide advice that is tailored to their individual needs.
