Personal philosophy to patient care
"I believe in treating my patients holistically which is why I enjoy being a GP. Communication is very important to me between my patients and I, so there is trust and we can together discuss the steps in their treatment."
Why did you choose to be a GP?
"Being a GP offers me the flexibility to see patients and build relationships with them and their families, teach other doctors and medical students, and also allow me to pursue other special interests alongside being a GP."
What makes a ‘good day’ at the office ‘for you’?
"Completion of all work in good time with no upset people."
What piece of advice do you most often give to your patients?
"Treatment options I would expect for my family would be the same offered for my patients. Always consider ‘safety netting’!"
