Dr Julian Collinson

Dr Julian Collinson is a Consultant Cardiologist and Clinical Lead for Cardiology.
His specialist interests are in interventional cardiology, including angioplasty and stent insertion, and the implantation of pacemakers and defibrillators in the treatment of heart failure and sudden death syndrome.
Dr Collinson graduated from the University of London and completed his medical training in Manchester. He undertook his specialist cardiology training in London at the Harefield and Royal Brompton Hospitals. He became a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians in 2010. He is a member of the British Cardiovascular Society, Heart Rhythm UK, the British Cardiovascular Intervention Society and the British Medical Association.
