Mr Cascarini is a Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial, Head and Neck Surgeon at The North West London Hospitals NHS Trust, and he holds honorary posts at The Royal Marsden Hospital and The West Middlesex University Hospital. He treats patients privately at The Wellington Hospital.
He is qualified in both dental surgery and medicine and trained in general surgery before specialising in oral and maxillofacial surgery. He is an associate editor of the British Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Chair of the information subcommittee of the British Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is also part of the regional cranio-maxillofacial trauma service. Mr Cascarini has a special interest in temporomandibular joint surgery and this includes arthroscopy and joint replacement surgery.
