On Saturday a group of intrepid explorers will be pumping their legs around from Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam all the way through the mountainous jungles and paddy fields of South East Asia to Angkor Wat in Cambodia.
Sponsorship for each participant is £3250, of which over £2000 will be kept by the British Heart Foundation to help their invaluable work. Every year the British Heart Foundation saves thousands of lives through ground-breaking research and they rely on donations to continue their work.
If you are interested in sponsoring those ultra-fit cyclists you can do so by visiting the British Heart Foundation website or, for those of you who may be interested in raising your pulse and some money for the charity, you can now register for next year’s Vietnam to Cambodia bike ride amongst many others.
